Playing at home, our Melville - 4s took care of Claremont-Nedlands - 4s.
We made 7/152, while Claremont-Nedlands - 4s made 148. Harry Clarke batted well for the visitors, making 36 off 64 balls. Our best with the ball was Johnson Tailor, who took four for 31. Jack Lynn finished with three for 24.
Shannon Lee posted a half-century, making 69 off 129 balls with seven fours.
A well-deserved win for the team. The first win of the season is in the bank. A terrific effort from the boys.
