It just wasn't our day: our Melville Men's Premier T20's lost to Rockingham-Mandurah by ten wickets on Sunday.
After batting first, we finished on 7/140 from 20 overs. Lachlan Farrow brought up a good half-century, finishing with 58 off 48 balls. Simon Budge contributed 21 off 19 balls.
In reply, Rockingham-Mandurah passed our total, finishing on 0/141 in 17.5 overs. Aaron Burrage made a classy 75 not out for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
A tough day at the office, but one to learn from.
Well played to the hosts.
