On Sunday at Alderbury Reserve, our Melville Men's Colts League were bested by Claremont-Nedlands on a tough day.
Batting first, we posted 94 from 19.2 overs. Darin Jayaprakassh made a valuable 23 off 24 balls. Credit to Bryn Bursill, who took three for 12 for Claremont-Nedlands. Zeph Netherway took three for 18 for our opponents.
The visitors knocked off the runs, finishing on 3/98 in 14.2 overs. For our opponents, Sean Thompson made 31 off 27 balls.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
Congratulations to the visitors on the win.
